Microsoft issued me a Case # and will be contacting me between 6-8 PM CST today 1-4-2019. Then came back on line and "CONFIRMED" there is an issue when using Outlook mail on a Mac and Charter internet service/email. The level 2 tech then decided to discuss with Microsoft engineers and then directly contacted Charter (Spectrum) to see if there have been other reports of this issue. Issue (believed it was a setup problem) but failed to fix the problem. After multiple attempts by Microsoft level 1 and then level 2 techs trying to fix the Then he contacted Microsoft Outlook support team on 3-way call. He tried multiple times to repeat the process with Outlook with no success. Apple tech who was more familiar with Apple mail worked on trying to set up Apple mail with one of my Charter email accounts and was successful in getting Apple mail to ***UPDATE - I spent 4 1/2 hrs yesterday on the phone with Apple and then Microsoft.
